The PT78ST100 is a series of wide-
input range, 3-terminal regulators.
These ISRs have a maximum output current
of 1.5 Amps and an output voltage that is laser
trimmed to a variety of industry standard volt-
ages.
These 78 series regulators have excel-
lent line and load regulation with internal
short- circuit and over-temperature protec-
tion, and are offered in a variety of standard
output voltages. These ISRs are very flex-
ible and may be used in a wide variety of
applications.
