tpd is the same as tPZL and tPLZ.

CPD is used to determine the dynamic power dissipation (PD in µW).
PD =CPD × VCC2 × fi × N where:
fi = input frequency in MHz;
VCC = supply voltage in V;
N = number of inputs switching.
