Product data sheet Rev. 06 — 2 April 2010 6 of 21 NXP Semiconductors 74HC2G66; 74HCT2G66 Dual single-pole single-throw analog switch 10.2 ON resistance [1] At supply voltages approaching 2 V, the ON resistance becomes extremely non-linear. Therefore it is recommended that these devices be used to transmit digital signals only, when using this supply voltage. [2] Typical values are measured at Tamb = 25 °C. Table 8.
