TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The efficiency curve shown in Figure 15 is measured with a 0.5-
µH output inductor and a maximum DCR of 0.75 mΩ.
The efficiency curve shown in Figure 16 is measured with a 0.3-
µH output inductor and a maximum DCR of 0.54 mΩ.
The power derating curves shown in Figure 17 and Figure 18 are measured on a 4
" × 3.25", 0.062" thick FR4 board
with 6 layers and 1 oz. copper.
